We are fortunate that students at OTSS can attend every day if they wish (i.e. we do not have to do Cohort A/B with students attending every other day, as happens at other schools in the District). We are excited with the rich experiential learning opportunities that students have at OTSS.

Parents and Guardians are asked to ensure that you do the COVID-19 Screening Tool for School before sending students to school.

Report cards will be available to parents on November 25th through the online Report Card Portal.  Parents who have not already done so, can register on the portal  Report Card Portal  Additionally, we will print report cards for students and families.

Last week, the District hosted a virtual Remembrance Day ceremony which was very moving and highlighted many students from around the District.  The ceremony is available at Remembrance Day Ceremony

This coming Wednesday November 18th is our regularly scheduled School Council Meeting.  If you wish to join us virtually, please email Jason Rama and he will provide you with the link to the meeting.

This week is Anti-Bullying Week - there are many resources available to support families and raise awareness.  Fact Sheet and Tips, OCDSB Road Map for Equity, Ministry of Education Resources.  November 20th is National Day of the Child - we have so much to celebrate as we serve all of our amazing students.  We are very grateful to work with you to help your child be successful.

Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you have any questions about your children’s classes.  We are dedicated to support your children’s learning and wellbeing.
